We will hold an initial meeting with yourself to discuss your goals and budget, etc. We then work on your behalf with local estate agents and property portals to find the right property for you to start your journey as a landlord. We will make sure we find properties with a good rental yield, future sales potential and of course a 'good' rental property. It's then over to you to decide on the property you wish to go for with our help along the way. We can help you decide on offer prices/negotiation with the agent involved. We will also recommend a mortgage advisor who understands what we are trying to achieve as well as an insurance broker/conveyancer etc if applicable. We will be with you all the way through to the completion of your purchase and then we will guarantee to find you a tenant and manage the tenancy for you.
We charge a fully inclusive flat fee of £695 per property. This includes our fully inclusive property sourcing service, as well as marketing of your property as a rental and carrying out all referencing checks on prospective tenants (usually £195 Let Fee + £125 referencing). This would be split over two payments, £250 following the initial consultation if you choose to proceed and the balance on completion of your new purchase. It's that simple!
